The Trader's List
Hey Guys, I was wondering if there is a Trader's List, where the list recommend and inform us about services, sellers, and buyers to us.
If there is none, I was thinking of building one, and I did like to have some thoughts and opinion of having this simple application be built.
What are your thoughts?

Well, such a list wouldn't be very useful, since most everyone does some trading on occasion. The only purpose I could think of would be to specifically point out people you shouldn't trade with. Thankfully, that's against the policy of this website, so I don't see it happening.

Would a Feedback point be more profitable than just pointing and accusing?

I could see maybe a good trader list, but not a bad trader list. Mostly because we don't allow that kind of thing here, and it would be abused.

Well of course it could be abused, however I believe it may be still necessary to have the consideration whether the trade would be good or bad. Even in service.

You can use Guru Auction. Not so much sales taking place there as some time before it was closed down and re-opened, but there you have a rating feature.
As most people give the same rating GREAT TRADER or HE IS UNFRIENDLY + SATAN you should really lower your expectations of feedback features.
You know, the smartest eBay-tricksters had 100% ratings with many votings before they cheated everyone. :>
So you want a stickied thread where people report how their latest trades went, with name? I tell you, I would not bother to comment on every trade I do. Is this really necessary?

Well the concept is to give every player a list from recommended to black list. There will be no comment system, and everything is configure by points.
So if I had a list of recommended:
Teya the white Fox
Artay the spammer
Longasc of Criticism
then they would all recieve one point, and if it was on black list, they will recieve negative points.
All you will see in the main site would be: "Type Player's Name", you type the name, see how any points he or she has then you can take into consideration whether to trade, service, sell, or buy from the person.
Another cool feature would be to follow other people's list as they will be public as well.
